What we owe you, and what you owe us
Plain terms for using peekin. If something here reads as unfair, say so and we will look at it, because most of it was written by us rather than copied.
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms are between you and FBM Management LTD, in England and Wales, trading as peekin.bio. Using the service means you accept them.
You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
We host a link page for you and resolve your links. The destination of a link is held on our servers and swapped in at the moment a visitor taps it, so it is not written into any page we serve.
We never show a platform one page and a person another. Every caller gets the same document. We describe this accurately and we do not claim it hides you from anyone who looks properly.
We cannot promise that any platform will accept your link, keep your account, or recommend your posts. Nobody can, and anyone selling you that is lying. What we can say is that your paid destination is not readable off your page, and you can verify that yourself with the scanner.
Being specific, because "your account" sounds like it only means a ban and almost everything a platform actually does is quieter than that. We are not responsible for any of these:
That holds on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit and anywhere else. They are their decisions, we are not party to them, and we are not told about them.
Reading the rules of the platforms you post on is yours to do, and they change often and differ by country. What you publish, and where you put the link, is your responsibility.
If something does happen while you are using peekin, we will help you work out what and run the scan with you. We will not pretend to have influence over the outcome, because we have none.
We aim to be available all the time and we do not guarantee it. If we have a serious outage we will say so plainly rather than quietly.
Adult content is allowed here and always will be. These are the lines:
We will remove a page that breaks these without notice, and we will report the things that have to be reported. This is the one part of these terms we will not negotiate.
You own your photos, your words and your links. You give us permission to host and display them so the service can work, and nothing beyond that. We do not take a licence to use your content in our own marketing. If we ever want to show your page as an example we will ask you first.
If you switch on the box that asks visitors for their email address, the addresses you collect are yours. You are the data controller for them and we are your processor. We hold them on your instructions, we never email them, we never use them for anything of our own, and we never pass them to anybody else. We keep them until you delete them or close your account, and we will delete them on request.
That makes the rest yours too. It is up to you to have a lawful basis for collecting an address, to tell people what you will send them, and to honour it when somebody asks to be taken off. If somebody asks us instead, we will remove their address and tell you. Do not use the list for anything the person would not expect from the words they saw when they typed their address in.
A page with no domain of its own is served on a shared address on one of our link domains, included in your plan. That address belongs to us, not to you: we may move your page to another shared address, for example if one is flagged, and we tell you when we do. The old shared address does not forward.
A domain of your own is optional and not included in your plan. A domain you already own is attached free and stays wherever it is registered; nothing about it passes to us.
A domain you buy through peekin is registered through our registrar account and held by FBM Management LTD on your behalf. It is for your use only, and we will not hold it hostage or charge a release fee. Ask and we move it into your own name at a registrar you choose, free, once the registry's 60 day lock after registration has passed.
It is a yearly subscription of its own, separate from your plan. It is charged when you buy it and then every year on the same date, at the same price, until you turn renewal off. Your domains screen shows the date it was registered, the date it renews and the price. Turn renewal off and the domain keeps working until that date, then lapses, and your page stops showing on it.
Cancelling your plan stops your page, not the domain: it runs to its renewal date and we will move it to you on request. Stopping the domain does not cancel your plan.
Registration fees are paid to the registry and are not refundable once a name is registered, because we cannot get them back either. Moving an existing domain to us is done by hand for now: write to support@peekin.bio.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from the dashboard and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
If a payment fails, your page pauses until it is paid. Stripe tries the card again, and the page comes back on by itself as soon as a payment goes through.
Every plan starts with a free trial of seven days. We take your card when you choose the plan and charge nothing during the trial. On the eighth day your plan is charged, then every month (or every year, if you pay yearly, which makes two months free). We email you three days before that first charge. Cancel at any time before it, from Billing in the dashboard, and you are not charged at all.
During the trial your page is live on a shared address. A domain of your own unlocks when your plan starts, either on the eighth day or straight away if you choose Start my plan now in Billing, which ends the trial and charges that day. Buying a domain at the same time as choosing a plan means the free week does not apply: the plan is charged that day, because the domain is yours from that day. One free trial per account.
It is a used service, billed a period at a time. Cancel whenever you like and you keep what you have paid for until the end of that period; we do not refund a period that has been served.
If the service was faulty or unavailable, that is different and we will refund it. Tell us at billing@peekin.bio, which is also where invoices and anything else about money should go.
If you are a consumer rather than a business, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of choosing a plan; the free trial counts towards those 14 days. Choosing a plan is your express request for us to start the service straight away, inside those 14 days. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. If you cancel after the first charge but still within the 14 days, we refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the paid days the service was provided. Write to billing@peekin.bio or use the cancel button in Billing. Nothing here replaces or reduces your rights under UK law.
You can close your account whenever you like. We can close yours if you break the content rules above, or if you do not pay. Other than a content breach we will give you 30 days' notice and time to export your data.
We are responsible for what we do wrong. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for a platform's decision about your account. Our total liability in any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in that period.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because it cannot.
We will email you at least 14 days before any change that affects you. If you do not like it, cancel, and we will refund the unused part of the month.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
Write to support@peekin.bio. A person reads it. Anything about money, an invoice or a refund goes to billing@peekin.bio.
