Every plan. On Starter, Analytics shows the headline numbers: how many people landed, how many tapped, and the tap rate, over the last day, 7, 28 or 90 days, compared with the period before. Creator, Pro and Agency add the full breakdown: each link, the hour, the country and where people came from, plus exports. Pro and Agency can also read them through the API.

Go to Billing, open Manage card and invoices, and cancel there. Your page stays up to the end of the month or year you paid for, and you are not charged again. Change your mind before then and Keep my page on, on the same screen, puts it back. Once it ends your page switches off, but nothing is deleted: pick a plan and it comes back on the same address.

No. A domain bought here is billed by the year on its own, so one never touches the other. To stop it renewing, turn renewal off in Custom domain.

Yes. Every page goes live on a domain of its own, never an address shared with other creators. Starter connects 1, Creator up to 3, Pro up to 10, and Agency 3 per creator. Find a domain.

Open Custom domain in your dashboard, type the name, and add the record it shows you where you bought the domain. The screen reads your DNS and says in plain words if something is not right yet. Bringing your own domain is free.

FBM Management LTD, the company behind peekin, holds it for you, because our registrar only takes our details. Ask and we move it to you for free once the registry's 60 day lock after buying has passed. It renews yearly, billed apart from your plan, and you can turn renewal off any time.

A second domain kept ready for one page. Until you switch, it shows a blank holding page that search engines are told to skip. If your main domain is ever flagged or blocked, one tap moves your page onto the spare and the old address forwards there, so links already in your bio still land. It counts as one of your plan's domains, so you need room for two (Creator and up), and it must pass the blocklist check before it is ready. Set it up in your page's Settings or in Custom domain.

Run it through the free domain check: it asks Spamhaus, SURBL and URLhaus, and the Wayback Machine shows whether it had a website before. When you buy here, every name is checked first, and a name on a blocklist is not sold.

Yes, on any plan, for one page. Open the page, go to Settings, and invite them under Who else can edit this. They get that page and its numbers only: no billing, no domains, no other pages, and they cannot invite anybody. Access lasts a year, and you can renew it or remove it any time. People who work on your whole account with their own login: Admin (everything except billing and deleting pages), Editor (pages, links, poplinks and the numbers) or Viewer (the numbers only). Pro has 3 seats and Agency 10; Starter and Creator have none. On Agency you can also limit an Editor or Viewer to some creators. Every change shows in the audit log. Set it up in Team.

Yes. In Security & alerts, set up an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, 1Password or Authy. After your email link, Google or passkey, we then ask for the six digit code from the app. You get ten recovery codes, shown once, and each signs you in once if you lose your phone. You can add a passkey there too.

Press My link got flagged, in your page's Settings or in Custom domain. Start fresh then takes you through four steps: check every link in your Instagram bio, wait until Account Status shows you are eligible for recommendation again, pick a new link (your spare, a new domain, or one you own), and move.
