Link pages for agencies
running several creators.
By the peekin team. Updated . 4 minute read.
Give every creator their own page on their own domain, never one shared address for the roster. Use team seats with roles so staff have their own logins and only see the creators they work on. Keep billing on one account and the domains in a form each creator can take with them.
What changes when you run a roster
One creator can manage a link page from their phone. An agency with ten creators has different problems: several people editing pages, creators joining and leaving, one invoice to pay, and a reputation risk that spreads if pages share anything.
The set-up below keeps each creator separate where it matters and together where it saves time.
One domain per creator
Do not put the whole roster on one domain, with each creator as a path or a subdomain. If that domain gets flagged or blocked, every creator loses their link at once. It also links every creator to every other one for anyone who looks.
Give each creator a domain of their own. It costs a little more each year and it means one creator's problem stays one creator's problem. See shared link domains explained.
Team seats and roles
Nobody should share a password. Each person on the team should have their own login, their own two-factor sign-in, and a role that fits their job.
- Owner: everything, including billing and deleting pages.
- Admin: everything except billing and deleting pages.
- Editor: pages, links and the numbers.
- Viewer: the numbers only.
On peekin's Agency plan, an Editor or Viewer can be limited to some creators, so a chatter or assistant only sees the pages they work on. Every change is in an audit log with who made it.
When a creator leaves
Creators move on. Plan for it on day one, not on the day they leave.
- Agree who owns the domain. If the agency bought it, agree whether it transfers to the creator.
- Keep each creator's page separate, so it can be handed over or closed without touching anyone else.
- Remove the creator's access to other pages straight away.
On peekin, a domain bought through the service is held for the account and moved into a named owner's name, free, on request, once the registry's 60 day lock has passed.
Analytics across the roster
You want two views: each creator on their own, and the roster side by side. Compare paid-tap rate rather than raw visits, because creators have very different audience sizes.
If you report to creators, export the numbers rather than giving everyone access to everything. On Pro and Agency, the API lets you pull stats into your own sheets. See link in bio analytics.
Doing it at scale
- Duplicate a page as a starting point for a new creator, then change it before it goes live.
- Import a creator's existing page from another service rather than rebuilding it.
- Use the API or the MCP server to make routine changes from your own tools.
- Keep a spare domain ready for creators whose main domain is at risk.
What it costs on peekin
Agency is £39 a month for 3 creators, then £12 for each extra creator. Each creator gets 3 pages and up to 3 connected domains, and the account gets 10 team seats and the API.
Pro, at £19.99 a month, suits a single creator with several personas, or a very small team: 10 pages, up to 10 domains and 3 team seats. Every plan goes live on a shared address, included. Your own domain is not included in any plan: bring one you own for free, or buy one from £7 a year (£14 on Starter).
Security for a team
- Require two-factor sign-in for everyone with access, using an authenticator app or a passkey.
- Give the lowest role that does the job. Most assistants only need Editor, and many only need Viewer.
- Remove access the day someone leaves, before you do anything else.
- Read the audit log after any change you did not expect.
- Keep API keys read-only unless a tool really needs to edit, and revoke keys you no longer use.
A stolen link page can send a creator's fans anywhere. It is worth more care than it usually gets.
Onboarding a new creator
- Agree the domain name with the creator and register it.
- Import their existing page, or duplicate a template page.
- Add their paid links behind the 18+ check, with plain labels.
- Give their assistant access to that creator only.
- Scan the page, test it inside Instagram, then switch their bios on one day.
Writing these steps down once saves a lot of time on the tenth creator.
Asked most often.
Can one account manage several creators?
Yes. On peekin, the Agency plan is priced per creator and keeps each creator's pages and domains separate under one invoice.
Can I stop an assistant seeing every creator?
On the Agency plan, an Editor or Viewer can be limited to some creators. They see only those pages.
Should all my creators share one domain?
No. If it is flagged, every creator loses their link at once. One domain per creator keeps problems contained.
Check your own page first
The scanner reads any link page the way Meta's crawler does and runs nine checks. It is free and needs no account. If you want a page built this way, the plans start at the price on the pricing page.
