Beacons and AllMyLinks
for adult creators.
By the peekin team. Updated . 4 minute read.
AllMyLinks is free, tolerant of adult links and already familiar to fans. Beacons is a full creator business platform with a store, email and more, but its store and email rules exclude adult material. Both write your links into the page in a way a crawler can read, so neither is built to keep a paid address out of sight.
Two very different products
Beacons and AllMyLinks often come up in the same search, but they are built for different people. AllMyLinks is a simple, free link page that many adult creators already use. Beacons is a creator business suite that happens to include a link page.
Both are good at what they set out to do. The question for an adult creator is whether either is set out to do what you need.
AllMyLinks: what it does well
- Free, with no meaningful limits. That is very hard to compete with on price and we do not try.
- Already the default in this market, so your audience recognises it.
- It will not remove you for what you link to.
Price: Free, with an optional few dollars a month.
AllMyLinks: what to know
Being allowed is not the same as being hidden. AllMyLinks does not remove you for what you link to, but the page writes the destination where a crawler can read it, the page can be indexed, and there is no age check in front of the link.
That is a fair trade for many creators. Just make it on purpose. Our AllMyLinks comparison has the measured result.
Beacons: what it does well
- By far the biggest feature set: a store, email marketing, courses and memberships, appointment booking, and a media kit that updates itself from your live follower numbers.
- A genuinely usable free tier, funded by taking nine per cent of what you sell, with the fee dropping to zero on the thirty dollar plan. That is a cleverer pricing model than ours.
- Challenging traffic that is not really a browser is a reasonable thing to do, and most do not bother.
Price: Free, then $10, $30 and $90 a month, from their own pricing page. The free tier takes nine per cent of anything you sell; the thirty dollar plan takes none.
Beacons: what to know
Beacons lets you link out to adult work if you switch on a sensitive content notice. Its store does not allow selling adult products, and its email rules do not allow sending adult material. If you were hoping to run your paid content through Beacons itself, that is the gap.
We could not score Beacons with our scanner, because its bot protection turns our server away. A real browser loads it normally. We have chosen not to disguise the scanner to get past that, so we publish no number for it. See peekin vs Beacons.
Which one suits you
- Choose AllMyLinks if you want free, simple and familiar, and you accept that your paid link is readable.
- Choose Beacons if you run a wider creator business, such as coaching, digital products or brand deals, and your adult income is a small part of it.
- Choose a page built for adult links if the paid link is your main income and Instagram is your main source of fans.
There is no shame in using a free tool. There is a cost in using a tool built for someone else when your income depends on it.
Where peekin fits
peekin does one job: a link page an adult creator can point an Instagram bio at, with nothing on the page for a crawler to read. No store, no courses, no email marketing suite.
Starter is £3.99 a month, Creator £9.99, Pro £19.99, and Agency £39 a month for 3 creators, then £12 each. Every plan goes live on a shared address, included. Your own domain is not included in any plan: bring one you own for free, or buy one from £7 a year (£14 on Starter). You can import an AllMyLinks or Beacons page by pasting its address. The free scanner works on all three, so check them yourself.
Using more than one
Some creators keep a Beacons page for brand deals and a separate page for their paid link. That can work well, as long as the two never link to each other. If your safe-for-work page links to your adult page, a crawler following the links connects them anyway.
Asked most often.
Is AllMyLinks good for OnlyFans?
It is free and allows adult links, which is why so many creators use it. It does write the destination where a crawler can read it, so it is not built to keep the link out of sight.
Does Beacons allow adult content?
Beacons allows links to adult work with a sensitive content notice. Its store and email rules do not allow adult material.
Can I move from AllMyLinks or Beacons to peekin?
Yes. Paste your page address and a draft is built from it, which you check before it goes live.
Check your own page first
The scanner reads any link page the way Meta's crawler does and runs nine checks. It is free and needs no account. If you want a page built this way, the plans start at the price on the pricing page.
